Go to Dry Rub for Pork

I have found the secret to amazing ribs that cannot be compared to anything you can get in a restaurant. Slow cooked all day, tender and full of flavor. I’m dedicating a whole blog post to our new rib recipe! In today’s post I’m going to give you the foundation for these amazing ribs- dry rub. I found this recipe on Jenny Can Cook. It’s pretty much magic dust for ribs. Just mix this stuff up, pour it all over your rack of ribs and massage it in, wrap it up and let in sit in the fridge! I let mine sit for around 48 hours.

Dry Rub for Pork

1/4 C. Brown Sugar

2 tsp. chili powder

2 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1.  Combine and store in an airtight container. If you have any left!
